Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (Field Work) to build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle post-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular visits and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships and take feedback

• Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently

• Follow up with leads and introduce them to our brand and products

• Update CRM data (calls, visits, feedback, etc.) accurately

• Support marketing campaigns and invite customers for store events or promotions

• Work closely with the in-store and sales teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM software)

• Customer-oriented and confident personality
