DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduate with 1+ years of experience, at least 1 years’ experience in insurance & Banking sector

· Proven record of leading Front-Line Sales in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance

· Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations

Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales and activation
