Salary: Up to ₹20,000 to 30000 per month
Job Summary
Tata Capital is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for its Digital Home Loan Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling digital leads, generating sales, and assisting customers throughout the home loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle digital leads and convert them into Home Loan sales.
- Contact prospective customers and explain Home Loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Coordinate with customers to collect required documents.
- Follow up regularly to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Home Loan products and digital sales process.
