Job Description

Balwom Textile India is looking for energetic and confident female candidates who can interact with customers in the market/field and collect live feedback and reviews. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with people in public.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Customer Interaction

Interact with customers at public places, markets, and outside showrooms

Provide a brief introduction about the brand and products

2. Feedback Collection

Collect genuine customer reviews (video/written)

Properly record and maintain all feedback data

3. Brand Promotion

Represent the Balwom Textile brand in the market

Create positive customer engagement and awareness

4. Field Work

Visit different locations (crowded areas)

Collect feedback as per daily targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)

Confident personality (comfortable speaking in public)

Presentable and friendly nature.
