Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues as per process guidelines.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualification:
Graduate or Diploma (3 Years).
Experience:
At least 6 months in a BPO environment (Fresher graduates may also apply).
Skills Required:
Good communication and grammar skills.
Strong command over English (read, speak, and write).
Customer service orientation and knowledge of the CCE role.
Shift Timings:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Training Details:
Duration: 6 days
