• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Graduates and Postgraduates are also eligible

• Age: 18 years to 30 years

• Good communication skills in the required language

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred

• Customer service experience is an added advantage (Freshers may also apply if eligible)

Shift Timings

• Shift timings are based on the assigned process

• General Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Rotational shifts available

• Female Candidates: Morning Shifts

• Male Candidates: Evening Shifts

• Weekly Off: Rotational

Language Requirements

• English +Hindi/Telugu

• Tamil

• Malayalam

Salary

• English + Hindi + Telugu Process: ₹15,000 – ₹18,500 Take-Home Salary (Without ESI & PF)

• Malayalam Process: ₹16,500 – ₹18,500 Take-Home Salary (Without ESI & PF)

• Tamil Process: ₹15,000 – ₹18,500 Take-Home Salary (Without ESI & PF)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a professional and courteous conversation with customers.

• Record customer interactions in the system.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support.

• Follow company policies and quality standards.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
