We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Credit Card Sales Executive to promote SBI Credit Cards through Apollo Pharmacy outlets and field sales. Key Responsibilities:

🏪 In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage with walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy stores.

• Pitch suitable SBI credit card offerings based on customer profile.

• Explain credit card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms.

• Ensure the display and visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding.

🚶‍♂️ Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, local businesses, corporate offices, and other pharmacies to pitch credit cards.

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and direct engagement.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion and documentation.

🧾 Operational Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and conversions daily.

• Coordinate with backend teams for application processing and approvals.

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines during sales and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.)

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

• Confident in approaching and engaging with customers.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Fixed Salary:₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
