We are looking for a Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The role requires candidates who are confident in approaching customers, building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Job Location: PVR INOX / Cinema Hall
Key Responsibilities:
- Work at PVR INOX / Cinema Hall and promote Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Cards.
- Directly approach customers at the cinema and explain the benefits and features of the credit card.
- Understand customer requirements and convince them to apply for the credit card.
- Generate new leads and convert them into successful credit card applications.
- Follow up with customers and ensure proper completion of the application process.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper product information.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: 0–1 years; freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable with direct customer interaction.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques.
- Willingness to work at a PVR/Cinema Hall and approach customers directly.
Salary & Growth:
In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 per month
