Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive

Location: In-store (Apollo Pharmacy) + Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage with pharmacy customers to pitch suitable credit card offerings

• Explain card features, eligibility, benefits, and usage

• Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC norms

• Ensure visibility of promotional materials and branding

Field Sales:

• Visit residential areas, corporate offices, and local businesses to pitch credit cards

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins

• Follow up on leads and close sales within turnaround time (TAT)

Operational Tasks:

• Maintain accurate daily records of interactions and conversions

• Coordinate with internal teams for processing and onboarding

• Ensure compliance with KYC and banking guidelines

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial sales

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in direct selling

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

  • Basic understanding of financial products and KYC norms

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month based on performance
