Corporate Sales Executive

*Job Title: Field Sales Executive - HR Software Sales*

*About the Role:*

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to promote our HR Solution Software to corporate clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Do cold calling from office to Corporate HRs / Decision Makers and fix appointments

- Visit corporate offices, meet HR Managers and present our HR software solutions

- Conduct product demos and organize small demo events at client premises

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients

- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to the Sales Manager

- Follow up with prospects and close deals

*Requirements:*

- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales (HR Tech / SaaS sales preferred)

- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills

- Willingness to travel within city for client meetings

- Comfortable with both inside sales (cold calling) and field sales

- Graduate in any discipline

*Salary:* Rs. 26,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience) + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
