Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to spearhead corporate sales for Vodafone Idea (VI) postpaid SIM cards. The role requires fostering and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their communication needs, and offering tailored postpaid solutions. An ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, a deep understanding of telecom products, and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions that align with their needs.
Expand business with existing clients by consistently offering value-added services.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Drive new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts using key account metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
Experience in sales and a customer-centric approach to providing solutions.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Sales or related field preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview performance).
