Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager – Electronic Components (Solder Paste)

Location: Bangalore

Company Overview

We are a growing manufacturer of solder paste and electronic assembly materials, serving EMS, PCB assembly, and electronics manufacturing companies. We are looking for dynamic sales and marketing professionals to expand our domestic and international market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of solder paste and related electronic consumables

  • Identify new customers in EMS, SMT, PCB assembly, and electronics manufacturing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for order fulfillment

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and technical coordination (with support team)

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow market share

  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer needs

  • Promote products through presentations, demos, exhibitions, and industry events

  • Support digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, email campaigns, website content)

  • Assist in branding and product positioning in domestic and export markets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Chemistry, Marketing, or Business

  • 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing (electronics industry preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of SMT process, solder paste, or electronic components is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and exhibitions

  • Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience selling to EMS, OEMs, PCB assemblers

  • Exposure to export sales is an advantage

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
