Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for corporate credit card sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit corporate offices and business establishments across Delhi NCR.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with HR teams, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.

- Generate corporate leads and develop new business opportunities.

- Promote and sell credit card products to eligible corporate employees and customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Identify new corporate tie-ups to expand business.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Credit Card Sales, Banking, or Financial Services.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Ability to independently manage corporate visits and meetings.

- Target-oriented approach with a focus on business development.

Salary Flexibility

Hindi: ₹23,000–₹26,000 प्रति माह सामान्य सैलरी बजट है। लेकिन अगर किसी कैंडिडेट के पास अच्छा relevant experience, strong corporate connections और बेहतर sales track record है, तो उसके लिए ₹30,000+ तक की सैलरी भी ऑफर की जा सकती है। Salary योग्य कैंडिडेट के experience और profile के अनुसार negotiate की जाएगी।
