Key Responsibilities:-
1. Cold Calling, Quotation Sending & Lead Conversion
• Conduct daily cold calls to assigned leads and data lists.
2. Lead & Data Management
• Work on leads generated through digital marketing and update the internal Excel/Google Sheets regularly.
3. Client Folder Creation & Documentation
• After converting the lead into a customer, create a dedicated client folder (digital).
4. Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors supplying earthing materials and accessories and installation.
5. Order Processing & Follow-ups
• Raise material delivery requests, follow up on dispatches and installations, and update customers on delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
6. Customer Support & Relationship Management
• Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding earthing products (training will be provided).
• Handle customer queries related to quotations, installation, material quality, and service timelines.
• Maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat orders.
7. Reporting & MIS Management
• Prepare daily / weekly reports of calls, follow-ups, quotations sent, and conversions achieved.
8. Market Research & Product Understanding
• Provide insights to management for improving marketing and pricing strategy.
9. Internal Coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
