Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR, procurement heads, CXOs).

  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and branding needs to present tailored gifting proposals.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, presentations, negotiations, deal closure, and post-sale client servicing.

  • Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Achieve sales targets as per the company’s growth plan.

  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B/corporate sales experience, preferably in the corporate gifting, merchandising, or allied industries.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of the corporate gifting market and customer preferences.

  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
