Job Description

1. Lead Generation

Generate leads through telecalling, field visits, and references

Work on pre-approved customer data

Coordinate with dealers, shops, and partners for new leads

2. Customer Interaction

Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Consumer Durable Loan, etc.)

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

Build strong customer relationships

3. Loan Processing

Collect required documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)

Fill application forms accurately

Upload or submit documents in system/app

4. Verification

Conduct basic field verification if required

Ensure customer details are genuine and complete

5. Target Achievement

Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets

Maintain daily productivity (calls, visits, logins)

6. Coordination

Coordinate with credit team and backend team for quick approvals

Follow up on pending cases

7. Cross-Selling

Promote additional products like:

Insurance

Credit cards

Top-up loans
