Construction Sales Executive

We are looking for a Construction Sales Executives to join our team at Ramsai Constructions. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 22,000& athor allowances and prospects of growth.

• Finding landowners, or families looking to build a new house through networking, digital marketing, and cold outreach.
• Meeting with potential clients to understand their vision, budget, and timeline for their dream home
• Presenting your construction portfolio, explaining your building process, and delivering price estimates.
• Developing partnerships with local architects, structural engineers, and real estate brokers who can refer clients to your business.
• Handling objections, negotiating terms and getting the final construction contract signed

Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. They must understand basic construction timelines, materials, and local building permit processes to speak confidently with clients
