Role: Collection (Executive / Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle collection of dues from customers as per company policies
Follow up with customers through calls and field visits
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments
Update daily collection reports and MIS
Resolve customer queries related to payments
Coordinate with branch team for smooth collection operations
Ensure adherence to compliance and company guidelines
Additional Responsibilities (Manager Level):
Manage and guide the collection team
Monitor team performance and achieve collection targets
Plan strategies to improve recovery rates
Handle escalations and critical accounts
Requirements:
Experience in collection / recovery / field sales preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting
Willingness to travel (for field roles)
