Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls, emails, or visits to follow up on overdue payments Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances and collection activities

Negotiate payment schedules and settlements

Resolve billing disputes and customer queries

Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams

Salary & Benefits:

Fresher’s: 15000-17000

Experienced: 20000-21000 per month (Negotiable)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month
