Responsible for field-based loan collection and sales activities, including visiting customers for EMI recovery, resolving payment issues, and promoting financial products. Requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and willingness to travel. Two-wheeler preferred.
Visit customers for loan recovery, EMI collections, and payment follow-ups.
Handle field visits to defaulters and ensure timely repayment as per company policy.
Maintain regular communication with customers to resolve payment issues.
Promote and cross-sell financial products (loans, insurance, etc.) during field interactions.
Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan closure and documentation.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure future business opportunities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field collections/sales.
Basic understanding of loan and finance products.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
