Job Description

Contact customers to remind them about pending payments.
Follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, or field visits.
Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status.
Negotiate payment plans when required.
Coordinate with the accounts / finance team.
Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly collection reports.
Ensure collection targets are achieved.
Visit customers for field collection (if required).
