We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented candidates to join our team as Collection Executives – Soft Recovery for a leading private bank project. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and encouraging timely repayment through professional follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to remind them about pending dues and overdue payments.
Follow up with customers through calls and field visits, as per project requirements.
Build positive customer relationships and encourage timely repayments.
Explain repayment options and resolve basic payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection updates.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Submit regular performance reports to the reporting manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Fresher to 1 year; banking or collection experience is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license may be required for field-based assignments.
