Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive – Field (Male)

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for EMI collections and loan recovery.

• Follow up with defaulters and persuade them to pay outstanding dues.

• Ensure recovery from delinquent accounts as per company targets.

• Maintain daily records of collections and submit receipts.

• Update collection status in mobile app/system.

• Build a rapport with customers to understand payment issues and resolve them.

• Escalate non-cooperative or high-risk cases to the legal/recovery team.

• Ensure compliance with RBI and company recovery guidelines.

• Travel across assigned territory/district using personal vehicle.

  Gender: Male

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in field collections (NBFC, bank, microfinance preferred)

• Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiar with local routes and area

  • Basic knowledge of loan and EMI structures

  • Ability to handle pressure and field situations

• Others:

  • Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license

  • Must own a bike/scooter
