KRA – Collection Executive

1. Collection Targets & Recovery

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly collection targets for overdue accounts.

• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments as per the collection plan.

• Minimize overdue percentage by proactive follow-up.

2. Follow-Up & Communication

• Make daily follow-up calls to customers with pending dues.

• Send payment reminders through calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

• Maintain professional communication while handling customer queries.

3. Account Tracking & MIS Reporting

• Update customer payment status in the system daily.

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.

• Share daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports with the Manager.

4. Dispute Resolution

• Identify reasons for non-payment and resolve customer concerns.

• Escalate cases to the manager for legal or special handling when required.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure collection activities follow company policy and RBI/industry guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer data.

• Submit collected amounts promptly to the company account.

6. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.

• Educate customers on payment modes and benefits of timely payment.
