1.Collection executive should provide 25 KG or 15 KG UCO cans to newly enrolled FBO’s which will enable them to store UCO until our next visit
2. The above cans should be given only to those FBO’s who had disposed UCO
3. Cans should be provided based on the FBO’s monthly disposal UCO quantity (1 Can Per 25 KG)
4. We should confirm the quantity with the FBO’s properly, so that we don’t provide excess cans to the FBO
5. Proper Count of the Cans given to FBO’s should be informed to the Depot Executive 6. Collection Executive Need to Paste RUCO Sticker in FBO’s outlet wall
7. Giving high priority for collecting the UCO of Collection List Provided by BDE’s is a must.
Procurement Procedure:
1. For collecting the UCO we had tied up with several FBO’s (Like Restaurants, Hotels, Caterers, Snacks Corner, Café’s etc.)
2. UCO is Generally stored in Tins or Cans at the FBO’s Outlet.
3. Weigh our UCO Empty Can First
4. Then Weigh the Filled Can with UCO
5. Deduct the Empty Can Weight from the Filled Can Weight, to get the Net Weight
6. Proper Filter should be used while pouring the UCO from the FBO’s Cans or Tins to our Cans
7. Paste the Name of the FBO in the Can, which will help you identify the can belongs to which FBO (We can also put a paper mentioning the name of the FBO in the Paper between the Plug and the Cap of the can). This will help you identify the FBO, in case if find Sediments or Moisture in the UCO at a later stage
