Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Collection Officer to handle customer collection and recovery activities in the assigned area. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable with field visits.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers for EMI collection.
Follow up with customers for pending payments.
Ensure timely collection and recovery.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Handle customer queries related to payments.
Maintain collection records and reports.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Eligibility
Graduate in any stream.
0–3 years of experience.
Freshers can also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field work.
