Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities

Handle loan/EMI collections from assigned customers
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls & field visits
Ensure timely recovery and reduce overdue cases
Manage portfolio and delinquency levels
Trace and follow up with absconding customers
Maintain daily reports & collection of MIS
Coordinate with the branch & legal teams for recovery cases
Job requirement:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduation
