• Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.

• Conduct training on Debt Recovery (DRA) module as per RBI guidelines.

• Train candidates in collection techniques, telecalling, customer handling & compliance.

• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments

  Requirements :

• Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.

• Knowledge of RBI DRA rules.

• Strong communication & training skills.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
