Collection Executive

Location: Assigned local field area
Employment Type: Full-time, On-roll / Agency (as applicable)

Role Summary

You will handle on-ground loan recovery and collections for assigned accounts. The role involves 10–15 customer visits per day, follow-ups on overdue cases, and updating outcomes in the system on the same day.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for collections and recovery in assigned locations

• Handle BKT3 / BKT4 / P1 / P2 bucket cases

• Complete 10–15 field visits daily and close follow-ups

• Update visit outcomes in the system with zero pending trails

• Coordinate with agency partners and full-time field staff to close targets

• Meet monthly collection targets defined for your area

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred, not mandatory)

• Experience: 1–4 years in Collections / Recovery / MFI / Group Loans

• Languages: Local language + basic Hindi

• Mandatory:

  • Two-wheeler

  • Valid Driving License

  • Android Smartphone
