Urgent Opening for the position of collection officer Leading Bank (Company Pallor)

Job Description (JD)

Position: Recovery Manager

Location: Nadia, West Bengal

Client: Leading Bank

Qualification: Graduate

Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits for loan recovery and NPA borrower follow-ups.

- Coordinate daily with ROR, AICR, DICR, and TICR regarding recovery progress.

- Coordinate with the Business Team to prioritize banking units for recovery.

- Monitor and review recovery staff performance.

- Ensure timely loan recovery and achievement of targets.

- Maintain daily MIS and prepare daily and monthly recovery reports.

- Develop recovery strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPAs.

- Conduct review meetings and coordinate with the Head Office team.
