Candidate should have exp in Micro finance Well versed in Team and Branch handling

Manage the end-to-end collection process for group loans, ensuring timely repayment and minimizing delinquency rates.

Supervise and coach a team of loan officers and collection agents, providing training, performance feedback, and support.

Monitor group loan performance, conduct field visits, and assess group dynamics to ensure effective repayment.

Work closely with credit, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless loan disbursement and recovery processes.
