1. Inform the customer about their pending PNG Domestic Gas pipeline bill amount.

2. Clearly communicate the pending bill amount and due date.

3. Collect the following details from the customer:

   • Updated contact number (mobile & alternate if available)

   • Meter photo (clear and readable, showing current meter reading)
