Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Executive to visit customers, collect payments, verify customer details, and ensure timely completion of assigned field activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, local area knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customer locations as per the daily schedule.
Collect outstanding payments and issue acknowledgements/receipts where applicable.
Verify customer addresses and contact information.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collection updates.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Update field visit status in the company application on time.
Escalate customer issues or disputes to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct while interacting with customers.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Experience: 0–2 years in field collections, sales, or customer service (Freshers may also apply).
Valid two-wheeler with a driving licence is preferred.
Must own an Android smartphone.
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Customer handling and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with local routes and locations.
