Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at 24/365 Services. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising Collection opportunities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹23,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Visit customers at their residence/workplace to recover overdue payments.
Explain outstanding dues and convince customers to make timely payments.
Negotiate repayment plans in coordination with the team leader.
Maintain daily visit reports and collection updates.
Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance on loan accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal recovery practices.
Achieve monthly collection targets.
Submit collected cash/cheques to the office as per process.
