Collection Executive - Field
Collections executives are responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Will be responsible for collections on delinquent accounts across bucket through customer meeting.
2. Should be able to handle customer queries.
3. Should plan daily visit basis the customer confirmation on payment
4. Responsible for collection of bounce & penal charges
5. Should be able to encourage customers to Setup PDIs (eNACH, ECS) to ensure future EMIs regularization
6. Ensure receipts are issued even if there are part payments made.
7. Maintaining MIS and coordinating with OPS and Sales department.
8. Identify potential default risks and escalate accordingly.
9. Ensure compliance with collection processes and regulatory guidelines.
