We are looking for a Cluster Manager to join our team at Go-Grab. The role requires candidates who are skilled in Warehouse Managemnt, managing last-mile delivery, procuremnt from FMCG vendors, building customer relationships.The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000- ₹30,000 and prospects for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing warehouses (2-3) in Hyderabad in various top colleges.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Hire and train last mile refilling team to ensure good stock availability in all vendong machines.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
