We Jayapriya Capital Private Limited, is looking for Cluster Manager to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up team. Leading ,Motivating and Ensuring team for Coordination of achieving the Organizational Goals. Allocating Targets to the Branches – Monitoring & Reviewing the Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis for the Branch Business Profitability in terms of Sales & Collections. Compiling MIS on daily basis which requires to send HO.
Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is any Degree and Experience Range 7 -10 years. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
