The Cluster Manager – Operations is responsible for overseeing the performance and compliance of multiple hubs/stores within an assigned cluster. The role ensures operational excellence, achievement of business targets, cost control, team development, and delivery of a consistent customer experience across all units.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Supervise day-to-day operations across all hubs in the cluster.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular hub visits and operational audits to monitor performance.
2. Sales & Business Performance
Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Analyze KPIs, job completion rates, and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Implement local marketing and promotional initiatives to boost cluster performance.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor hub managers and their teams.
Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
Foster team engagement and retention.
4. Customer Experience
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across all hubs.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalations promptly.
Implement service improvements based on insights and feedback.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and wastage control.
Ensure compliance with cost management and budget guidelines.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain product availability.
6. Compliance & Quality
Ensure hubs follow hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
Conduct compliance checks and quality audits.
Maintain adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
