Cluster Sales Manager – EV Two-Wheeler (B2B Partnerships)
We are looking for a high-ownership Cluster Sales Manager who can build, lead, and scale a strong sales team while driving strategic B2B partnerships in the EV mobility space.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead your own sales team from scratch within the assigned cluster
Drive B2B partnerships with companies like Porter, Rapido, Ekart, Amazon, and other last-mile players
Own complete cluster revenue and growth targets
Identify and close fleet deals, bulk orders, and long-term contracts
Develop local market strategies to expand EV adoption and fleet presence
Ensure strong team performance, training, and accountability
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth deployment and retention of partners
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience in B2B sales / fleet / logistics / EV ecosystem
Strong network in last-mile delivery companies or aggregator platforms
Proven ability to build and manage teams
High ownership mindset – someone who thinks like a business owner, not an employee
