Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing multiple stores/outlets, guiding and developing teams, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met, and driving operational excellence across allocated centers. The role requires hands-on involvement in audits, market visits, customer service, and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned stores • Handle 2 to 4 stores/outlets under the cluster • Lead, manage, and motivate teams to deliver results • Visit allocated stores regularly to ensure compliance and efficiency • Conduct store audits and maintain SOP adherence • Prepare and analyze sales reports / MIS • Ensure profitability and keep center expenses within budget • Drive customer satisfaction (NPS targets) and resolve complaints promptly • Monitor and report market trends to support business growth • Oversee operational processes, including inventory management Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Automotive / Telecom / Retail / Service industry (preferred) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work under pressure while handling customer complaints professionally • Knowledge of store operations, reporting, and business growth strategies
