Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Facilitation:

- Guide participants through icebreakers, games, and group activities to encourage organic connections.

2. Event Coordination:

- Plan and execute themed events (e.g., café meetups, adventure trips, hobby workshops).

- Collaborate with venues and vendors to ensure seamless experiences.

3. Safety & Compliance:

- Enforce strict safety protocols, including ID verification and behavior guidelines.

- Address concerns discreetly and escalate issues using our in-app emergency support system.

4. Feedback & Improvement:

- Collect participant feedback to refine future events and improve user satisfaction.
