Conduct Research & Advise Clients – Perform research to provide accurate guidance to
clients.
• Prepare Legal Documentation – Manage required legal documents.
• Handle Client Queries & Build Relationships – Address client concerns promptly and
maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Manage & Organize Client Data – Maintain updated client records in a structured
manner.
• Handle CRM Portals – Regularly update and manage client information, tasks, and
progress through CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Internal Teams – Collaborate with accounts, legal, and other
departments to ensure smooth progress of tasks.
• Client / Society Visits – Visit societies and client locations to provide service support,
resolve queries, and follow up on pending work.
• Provide Updates to Clients – Keep clients informed about project updates, work
progress, and milestones.
