Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Smann App, a product by Tribetayling Private Limited. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our merchant network, acquiring new customers, and driving business growth while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Sales: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets in the business-to-business segment.

• Merchant Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants to the Smann App platform.

• Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth: Drive new customer acquisition and ensure consistent revenue growth.

• Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team to achieve their individual and collective goals.

• Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the brand in client interactions and promotional activities, ensuring a consistent and positive image.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.

• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.

• Familiarity with the local market in Pune is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
