Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer data and lead records
Handle inbound and outbound client communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails)
Coordinate with sales teams for site visits, follow-ups, and bookings
Track leads, customer interactions, and conversion status in CRM systems
Handle client queries, feedback, and post-sales coordination
Support customer retention and relationship management initiatives
Prepare basic CRM and follow-up reports
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Customer Support
Experience in real estate or sales-driven environments is a plus
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and basic reporting tools
Customer-first mindset and attention to detail
