City Head / Team leader

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced City Head / Team Leader to lead and manage insurance sales operations with a strong focus on the Motor Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have proven team handling experience, business development capability, and strong knowledge of insurance operations and sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the city sales team to achieve business targets.

• Drive growth and performance in the Motor Insurance segment.

• Monitor team productivity and provide guidance for target achievement.

• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational execution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Track sales performance and implement improvement strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of overall experience in Motor Insurance (mandatory).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader / Team Handling experience (mandatory).

• Education:

  • Graduation is mandatory.

• Age Limit:

  • Maximum age: 39 years

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
