About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Managers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing and managing our dealer network, driving sales, expanding the market, and building strong relationships with channel partners in their assigned territories.

Key Requirements

• Diploma holders or graduates are eligible to apply.

• 0 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Channel Sales, or Business Development.

• Experience in direct sales, dealer recruitment, dealer expansion, or channel development is preferred but not mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or other industries involving dealer, broker, agent, distributor, or sub-channel networks will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to recruit, train, and manage channel partners.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Fluency in English and the local language is mandatory.

• Only candidates native to or currently based in the specified locations need apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Dealers in the assigned territory.

• Build and manage a strong dealer and channel partner network.

• Train Dealers on Medigurukulam's e-learning solutions, product features, and sales strategies.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through the dealer network and direct market activities.

• Conduct regular field visits, market outreach, and campus activities to promote our e-learning solutions.

• Monitor Dealer performance and provide continuous support to improve sales results.

• Identify potential medical institutions, educational partners, and business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with Dealers and other channel partners.

• Provide regular market updates, sales reports, and activity reports to the management.
