Channel Sales Executive (Software)

We are looking for smart, action-oriented sales professionals who can connect with restaurant owners, understand their business, and help them grow using FoodChow.

Your main goal is simple:

👉 Onboard restaurants + give demos (online/offline) + close deals

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1. Restaurant Outreach & Lead Generation

• Identify and connect with restaurants (cafes, cloud kitchens, QSRs)

• Visit local restaurants or connect via calls/WhatsApp

• Build strong relationships with owners/managers

2. Product Demo (Online + Offline)

• Give live demos of FoodChow POS, Online Ordering & Marketing System

• Show how restaurants can:

  • Increase direct orders

  • Reduce dependency on Zomato/Swiggy

  • Automate marketing (WhatsApp, offers, etc.)

• Customize demo based on restaurant needs

3. Restaurant Onboarding

• Help restaurants:

  • Set up digital menu (photos, pricing)

  • Activate ordering system (QR, takeaway, delivery)

  • Train staff on using the system

• Ensure smooth onboarding within 24–48 hours

4. Sales & Conversion

• Convert free/demo users into paid plans

• Explain pricing, ROI, and growth strategies

• Achieve weekly & monthly targets

5. Relationship Management

• Stay in touch with onboarded restaurants

• Ensure they are getting results (orders, footfall)

• Upsell features like:

  • WhatsApp marketing

  • Real-time offers

  • POS upgrades

💼 Required Skills:

• Strong communication (Hindi + basic English)

• Confident in face-to-face & phone selling

• Ability to explain technology in simple terms

• Street-smart + problem solver mindset

• Basic smartphone + app usage knowledge

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in:

  • Field Sales / Channel Sales

  • POS Software Sales

  • SaaS Sales

  • Restaurant / Hospitality industry

• Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply

💰 Compensation:

Option 1 (Performance-Based – High Earning Potential)

• ₹20,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (commission-based)

Option 2 (Fixed + Incentives)

• ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 fixed
