Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors and dealers in the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell the company’s home appliances products effectively to meet sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors to ensure continuous business growth.

• Conduct regular market visits for lead generation, product promotion, and competitor analysis.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, stock availability, and customer service.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as per company objectives.

• Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in home appliances sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of the dealer and distributor network in the region.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
