Nova is a fast-growing brand in window shades and blinds, committed to innovation, style, and functionality. As we expand our presence in Delhi NCR, we're looking to build a strong retail network with premium in-store visibility.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive – Channel Partner Development to onboard retail counters, develop dealer relationships, and ensure strong Nova branding at point-of-sale locations.
Identify and recruit new retail counters, dealers, and shop owners across Delhi NCR.
Convince partners to install Nova display boards, window stickers, fascia branding, product stands, etc.
Ensure retail counters are fully equipped with updated samples, catalogs, and promotional materials.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
Train shop staff on product features and pricing to improve conversion.
Achieve monthly sales targets through channel partners.
Monitor stock movement, order placements, and product feedback.
2–4 years of experience in retail/channel sales (FMCG, building materials, home décor preferred).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in branding execution at store level.
Field-oriented and familiar with Delhi NCR markets.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Number of new counters onboarded.
Sales growth from new and existing counters.
Number of retail shops with Nova branding (boards/stickers).
Counter staff engagement and product awareness.
