Job Description

We are hiring for the CASA profile with Axis Bank. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) and promoting the bank’s financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling.
Explain bank products and services to potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the bank.
Coordinate with the branch team for account opening and documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales or banking experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Willingness to work in field sales.
